1)Mosses-non-vascular, no seeds, no flowers, use spores to reproduce


2)Ferns-vascular, no seeds, no flowers, use spores to reproduce


3)Conifers-vascular, has seeds, no flowers

Ex; pines, fir, spruce, reproduces using cones and seeds


4)Flowering Plants-230,00 species identified so far, vascular, seeds, flowers. They make seeds for reproduction

Dichotomous Key used to identify organisms by answering a series of questions


Complete metamorphosis-completely change into something different than what they were born as

Ex: butterflies, moths, houseflies


Incomplete metamorphosis-animals that hatch from eggs looking almost like adults
